Automotive Logistics Coordinator

Role Responsibilities:

• Maintain detailed schedules for vehicle movements and modification status spreadsheets.
• Inspect all vehicles before delivery, notifying sales consultants of any incorrect specifications that may cause delays.
• Assist with vehicle registrations.
• Provide support to the Sales department as needed.
• Process internal paperwork related to deliveries.
• Perform general administrative tasks.
• Maintain general housekeeping standards.
• Coordinate new vehicle stock swaps with other dealerships.

What we are looking for:

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
• Strong time-management ability and attention to detail
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships with people
• Knowledge of Accounts administration is highly regarded
• Knowledge of Motor Dealership systems and basic understanding of automotive industry is highly regarded
• Class C Drivers licence
