Net Working Manager, Hillebrand Gori Australia

Then we might be looking for you. We are looking for an NWC Manager to join our team in Banksmeadow as a permanent full-time employee. Reporting to the CFO Oceania, you will focus on our Oceania region operations. 

What will you do?

The main responsibilities include but not limited to:

Accounts Payable 

• Be First escalation point for all Vendor accounts for Oceania
• Build relationships with our key suppliers and look to maximise our credit terms
• Review & approve all vendor payments as per agreed credit terms
• Coordinate & Complete all Vendor credit applications
• Drive & Monitor Purchase to Payment Policy once implemented
• Internal Control & Risk Management
• Ensure all IC invoices are processed in a timely manner with zero variance.

Accounts Receivable

• Be first escalation point for all Customer accounts for Oceania
• Review & Drive Dunning process to ensure Group Overdue targets are achieved.
• Review & approve Customer credit applications in conjunction with relevant stakeholders
• Drive & Monitor Order to Cash Policy once implemented 
• Drive & Coordinate Weekly debtor reviews
• Internal Control & Risk Management
• Ensure all IC invoices are paid 

Operating Cash Flow

• Manage cash flow and liquidity, optimising working capital and ensuring sufficient funds are available for operational needs and capital investments. Work closely with the CFO in managing the various banking relationships and ensuring that all necessary financial reporting for any financial institution is met.
• Managing foreign currency exposure and foreign currency payments
• OCF forecast reporting (Coupa)
• Internal Reporting Analysis/Reporting

Statutory Reporting

• Payment Times Reporting (Mar & Sep)

What do we expect from you?

• You have min 3 years’ experience in senior Finance position
• You have a Degree qualification in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
• Your MS Excel skills are at an intermediate level or higher
• You are able to strong leadership abilities and have excellent communication skills - Min 5 years leadership experience 
• You have a keen eye for detail and is able to work in a fast-paced environment
