We are looking for an Onsite Recruitment Manager that takes pride in building relationships and providing a high serviceability to our prestige National Client.

Developing and maintaining relationships with client and candidates.

Managing rosters, performance and KPIs.

Emphasizing Work Health Safety (WHS).

Daily/weekly toolbox talks with candidates.

Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.

Recruitment in targeting specific candidate selections.

General administrative duties.

REQUIREMENTS

Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Strong understanding of warehousing experience.

Familiar within Logistics and supply chain sector.

Strong friendly, outgoing personality.

Ability to take initiative and think outside the box.

Experience in a similar role preferred. 

Strong understanding of WHS policies.

Self-motivated, multitasking & customer management skills.

Flexibility in working hours.
