What you'll be doing

• Daily compliance checks and reporting on KPIs.
• Data Entry of all pallet movements, including route information in 2IC
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with relevant internal stakeholders and Trading Partners.
• Resolve pallet discrepancies, increase pallet accurateness, and reduce cost.
• Update production counts.
• Develop and review current SOPs
• Oversee and ensure site and operations comply with the pallet policy and procedures
• Manage pallet transfers, hire costs, and reconciliations in alignment with contracts

What we are looking for

• Familiarity with 2IC
• Strong administration and organisational skills
• Experience in Transport and Logistics
• Excellent communication and computer skills, especially in Excel
• Demonstrated ability in strategic thinking and managing multiple locations
• Ability to work autonomously
