Parcel Delivery Driver

A national logistics company is seeking truck drivers to complete multi-drop deliveries across ACT Your new company

With over 50 depots across Australia and with a rapidly increasing workflow, this national logistics company is looking for MR drivers to complete multidrop deliveries across the ACT region.

Your new role

As a parcel delivery driver, you'll be responsible for:

• Safely loading the truck both manually and with a pallet jack for your deliveries each day
• Completing parcel deliveries where you will provide great customer service
• Utilising RF scanners and GPS systems to ensure deliveries are completed safely and efficiently
• Conducting daily vehicle safety checks and reporting any required maintenance

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful for this position, you'll need:

• A valid Manual Medium Rigid license
• Experienced in a fast-paced multi drop position
• Customer service and communication skills
• The ability to pass a National Police Check
• The ability to pass a drug & alcohol test

What you'll get in return

• Full time hours - Monday to Friday, usual start time of 7am, with overtime available
• Get paid an hourly rate of $37 - $41p/h + Super
• The ability to be offered a permanent position after working a probationary period through Hays
