Carefully curated, with every element hand-selected, they’re devised by a full time, in-house team with global experience in creative strategy and production.The Role:The Senior Event Producer role reports into the Head of Projects and is a key position within the agency. You will work on events that include retail activations, live events, brand experiences, product launches, client engagement experience and media events, delivering for a diverse client portfolio from luxury fashion and high jewellery houses, global retailers, beauty brand, media outlets, technology companies, fine liquors and hoteliers, you will have the opportunity to work in a creative environment with like-minded colleagues.Key responsibilities will include;  

• Driving and managing the creative concept development of our projects including production feasibility, options, suppliers, technology solutions for proposals
• Working with the client on their brief and moving from conceptualisation through to project planning  
• Driving and deliver all the event logistics and managing of the project
• Client relationship management and communications 
• Budget development, management and reconciliation
• Developing and managing timelines, run sheets, contracts 
• Sourcing suppliers and handling contracts 
• Managing delivery of live events including structural builds and live event production
• Manage on site staff and suppliers as well as speakers and performers

The Candidate: 

Having a background in experiential or creative events and having a passion for delivering the highest quality events for clients, the role will encompass working with some high profile clients. With a professional corporate approach as well as a experiential and creative mindset, this role will see you develop events and campaigns that are leading the market. 

• Experience as an Events Producer working for an Events Agency is a must for this role 
• Exceptional client and supplier relationship management skills
• Experience working in production and understanding of how campaigns and the client timeline works is a must 
• Be highly motivated and results driven with exceptional organisational skills
• Strong stakeholder management and engagement experience
• Creative with an ability to work with a client on a brief and then be able to bring this to life within an event or campaign 
• Must love events and campaigns
• You must have sensational communication skills, be extremely well presented and have that perfect combination of time management skills and attention to detail
• Energetic, enthusiastic, innovative, inspiring and results driven
• Be proactive and able to make decisions
• Sound budget management experience 
• Sound judgement and decision making
