Learn more at THE OPPORTUNITY We're seeking a Clinical Specialist on 12 Month Fixed Term Contract basis to join our Trauma and CMF DePuy Synthes Team in the Melbourne Metro area, Victoria. As a key player in our organization, you'll build trusted partnerships with HCP's, endorsing the value and benefits of our product range. Whether you have experience in a similar role within medical devices, a nursing background, exercise physiology, athletics, pharmaceutical sales or you have an engineering background, this role offers the chance to make a significant impact and shape the territory's future RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide support to the sales team and our clinical customers with highly technical data and product expertise.
  • Assist and guide theatre staff including surgeons and nursing staff in the correct and safe use of DePuy Synthes Trauma & Craniofacial Products.
  • Provide training & education to health care professionals.
  • Assist with the logistical requirements of the business.
  • Build and develop strong relationships with customers, external and internal.
  • Champion the team, the culture, and the brand.
ITS ALL ABOUT YOU
  • Tertiary qualification in a health-related field with knowledge of the anatomy and physiology.
  • Proactive problem-solving and effective communication skills.
  • Aptitude for understanding technical devices and technology.
  • Comfortable working in a team environment, but also be extremely self-motivated when working alone.
  • Ability to perform under pressure in an operating theatre environment.
