Job Description

Join our expanding team in Melbourne! We're on the lookout for dedicated and experienced Warehouse Operators / Pick Packers who are ready to hit the ground running. Our dynamic environment requires individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting, ensuring our operations run seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer queries
• Receiving incoming stock
• Efficiently picking orders from designated pick slips
• Preparing goods for dispatch
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organisation
• Handling necessary paperwork
• Adhering to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) guidelines
• Adaptability to changing priorities in a high-paced environment

This is a full-time, permanent position located at our warehouse facility in Mt Waverley, Victoria. The salary is $30.36 + Super per hour, 38 hours per week.

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate, you possess a diverse skill set, excelling in both receiving and dispatch within a warehouse setting. Your keen attention to detail is crucial to maintaining our strict quality standards. We welcome applications from individuals with additional expertise in warehouse administration or procurement, along with the following skills. We look forward to hearing from candidates who can complement their operational proficiency with broader warehouse-related experiences.

• Previous experience in customer service
• Previous experience in pick packing
• Some experience or exposure with computer applications (warehousing/logistics)
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Collaborative team player
• Possession of a valid Driver's License
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills
• Successful completion of a National Police Check (conducted by us)
• Provision of all required Right to Work information (Birth Certificate and/or Passport)
• Reliable personal transportation (please note that public transport is not available to the site)
