Job Description - Warehouse Supervisor

IPA are on the hunt for experienced, passionate Warehouse Supervisors to manage a small team of eager, engaged staff members in a brand-new fulfilment centre based out of Redbank for both morning and afternoon shifts.

About the Role:

Reporting directly to the Regional Supply Chain Manager, you will be an experienced and proactive Warehouse Supervisor who will:
Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to foster a culture of collaboration, high performance, and continuous improvement to optimise operational efficiency.
Utilise operational data and performance metrics to drive process improvement.
Foster communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams across the organisation.
Cultivate and expand relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and transport providers.
Ensure a safe working environment through regular safety audits, incident investigations, and the development of preventive measures to mitigate risks.
You bring:
Proactive and engaging leadership style with strong people management and coaching skills.
Ability to upskill and work with your team members to achieve the desired results.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Sound understanding of health and safety protocols, including implementing safe work practices within a warehouse environment.
Proven expertise in driving continuous improvement initiatives, including lean principles, and other methodologies.
Customer-centric approach with a self-driven and results-oriented mindset coupled with strong business acumen.
Experience in an automated warehouse environment would be desirable.
Willingness to perform practical, hands-on duties and be an integral part of the team
A current Forklift License with a minimum of 3+ years of experience operating
