Accounting Specialist for a Manufacturing Companies in the US

Client Information

The client has two fast-paced manufacturing companies operating in the Bay Area of California. Both companies operate heavy equipment and machinery to manufacture custom products for their customers across all industries.

Job Description

• Entry of Accounts Payable transactions.

• Reconciliation of Accounts Payable to vendor statements.

• Performing bank reconciliations.

• Data entry for cash flow modeling using existing models.

[Company 2]

• Maintenance of the company's financial books.

• Handling invoicing and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• AR reconciliation and payment applications.

• Entry and management of Accounts Payable transactions.

• Reconciliation of Accounts Payable payments.

• Performing bank reconciliations.

• Making basic journal entries (including loan and payroll).

• Conducting month-end close entries.

• Weekly reporting to owners on AR and AP statuses.

• Liaising with the company's CPAs for information sharing and reporting.

Must Haves

• Accounting experience.
• Experience in AR and AP Reconciliations.
• Journal entry experience.

Nice to Haves

• Manufacturing account experience.
• Experience in the ERP System (ECI M1).
