Counter Balance Forklift Operator

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced CB Forklift Operator to join our team at our Glenndenning facility.  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating Counterbalance (CB) forklifts and will be responsible for safely and efficiently handling materials and products within our warehouse or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate Counterbalance (CB) forklifts to transport materials and products throughout the warehouse or production floor.
• Load and unload trucks, pallets, and other containers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure accurate and orderly storage of materials and products in designated areas.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on forklift equipment and report any issues to the maintenance team.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries.
• Assist with inventory management by conducting cycle counts and reporting discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CB Forklift Operator in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• Valid certification or license to operate Counterbalance forklifts.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures related to forklift operation.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely and efficiently.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
