Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to partner with our internal leaders and employees to build people capabilities aligned with our functional strategy. This is a pure HR generalist position, an autonomous role with full support when needed. This is a true partnering role, requirement to build relationships, take in the right information and build and execute plans with the client group.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate tactical HR activities such as probation reviews, performance conversations and recruitment activities
- Partner with and support leaders in aligning people to deliver business objectives, with an emphasis on co-creating, brokering and delivering people solutions, strategies and services.
- Support and drive cultural change, act as a change agent by identifying opportunities, building relationships, solving business and people problems, and achieving action plans to implement change effectively.
- Delivery of initiatives that are fit for purpose for our people.
- Active safety coaching and visible leadership across, aligned with intended culture, behaviours and practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- 2-4 years proven experience in a similar role, preferably in FMCG sector
- Strong In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, quality control, and customer service.
- Experience with talent acquisition and workplace rehabilitation desirable.
