HR & Safety Administrator

This is a casual position of approx. 24h per week, which can be spread over multiple days (i.e. 3 full days or 5 half days).

Your role:

• Assist in end-to-end employee lifecycle management.
• Conduct regular audits to verify data integrity and compliance with company policies.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of HR-related documents, maintaining confidentiality.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date WHS records in compliance with regulations and organisational policies.
• Assist in preparing WHS weekly and monthly reports.
• Review safety reports on the company incident management platform, flagging recurrences for WHS team action.
• Other administrative duties as required.

Requirements

This is you:

• Proven experience in HR, safety, or related administrative roles
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, award compliance, and HR documentation
• Confidence with G-Suite (docs, sheets, slides, etc.)
• Naturally organised with excellent attention to detail
• A collaborator who works well across different teams and functions
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
• Tertiary qualifications in HR, Administration or Safety preferred
