As leaders in their field, this company designs, manufactures and installs a range of state-of-the-art public outdoor furniture and structures. Due to their ongoing growth, and excellent company culture, they are seeking an Internal Business Development Manager to continue building strong relationships with local governments and councils.

With a well-established reputation and cutting-edge products, you will be given in-depth product training and continual sales and marketing support. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this is a primarily office-based position and will require excellent phone communication and video presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish strategic partnerships with Local Government, Shires and Councils
• Conduct high volume outbound calling to clients to progress opportunities to closure
• Follow up on quotes to ensure clients have all the information required to make informed decisions
• Transfer and translate information into the CRM system to ensure accurate and real-time data is captured
• Maintain and build relationships with new and existing clients by providing exceptional customer service
• Managing a high volume of sales opportunities (200 – 300) generated from targeted campaigns and project research 

Key Requirements:

• Proven business acumen and strong business development skills
• Ability to identify opportunities and follow through from conception to outcome
• Previous Sales and outbound calling experience
• A strong desire to succeed, develop and grow
• Strong Administration, communication, and interpersonal skills
• A passion for people and sales
• Solid computer literacy with MS Suite and CRM utilisation

In order to be successful in this role you will be required to have outstanding interpersonal skills, possess a high level of attention to detail, be personable, energetic, and able to work well within a professional team.

Your ability to build rapport over the phone and via video presentations is essential coupled with your dedication to delivering the highest level of customer service.
