Store Person

We are currently seeking an experienced Store Person for a business based in Malaga that specialises in manufacturing mining equipment. Beginning as a 10-week contract, this role has the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position for the right candidate as this organisation is experiencing continual growth.

With an excellent team culture and the ability to work up to 10-hour days, the successful candidate will have strong forklift operation experience and the ability to operate an overhead gantry crane. With in-depth training and ongoing support, you will report directly to the Warehouse Coordinator and be responsible for a range of duties including picking and packing, receiving, and coordinating freight.

Key Responsibilities:

• All aspects of pick/pack, receiving, and dispatch
• Loading and unloading of materials and orders
• Safe operation of forklift and manual handling
• Maintaining accurate stock records
• Use of overhead cranes

Key Requirements:

• Current LF and driver’s license
• Self-motivated
• Rigging tickets would be highly regarded, but not essential
• Sound time management skills
• Computer literacy
• Solid problem-solving abilities including strong communication skills
• Able to work well autonomously
• Own transport
• Available for an immediate start
• Overhead crane ticket or experience
