S-kin Studio Jewelry is an ecommerce brand based in Melbourne, Victoria. Established in 2018, we set out with a mission to provide minimal jewellery with unique, vintage-inspired designs that encourage slow living.

With exciting changes in our team, we are on the hunt for a skilled Brand & Marketing Manager who lives and breathes eCommerce. This position is a full time position, in office with the opportunity to go hybrid.

About the role – what you will be doing

• Deploy successful marketing campaigns, including new collection launches, sales events and ecommerce moments; own their implementation from ideation to execution
• Manage the brand’s marketing mix including content creation, social media, PPC, retail marketing, event management, publicity, and copywriting
• Ecommerce visual merchandising, not limited to collection product mix, website banner updates, navigation, cart elements; analyzing incoming traffic through Hotjar and GA4 and deploying strategies to improve website conversions
• Manage the brand’s email and SMS marketing strategy on Klaviyo, not limited to briefing EDM content and working with our graphic designer and creative director, scheduling campaigns, auditing and managing flows, and performance reporting
• Work with the Creative Director on creating and implementing performance marketing strategies, including but not limited to Meta ads and Google Ads
• Work with the retail team to craft meaningful marketing strategies to engage retail customers and improve customer experience and sales in store, as well as coordinating and traveling to retail pop up locations
• Briefing content and strategies to graphic designer and social media coordinator and working with the creative director to oversee and approve all marketing material, from website banners to in-store signage and social graphics
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals 

About you:

• 3-5 years in marketing or ecommerce
• A visual-first individual who is passionate about developing brands to the next level
• Exceptional organisational, communication and interpersonal skills needed to manage different areas of business
• A data-driven individual; you are analytical and use numbers to drive your decision making
• You live and breathe the consumer landscape, including eCommerce, marketing, and pop culture/social trends 
• You have strong customer service and problem solving skills and are not afraid to do the work, no matter how small the task
• Ability to work independently; you excel when tasked with making things your own; but are also a team-player and thrive in a collaborative environment
