Your new role

  • Develop and execute customised outreach campaigns to generate new leads and opportunities via outbound calls
  • Utilise sales strategies and communication skills to establish relationships with potential clients
  • Conduct initial qualification of leads to determine viability and fit for company solutions
  • Accurately document and maintain all lead and prospect activity in company CRM
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to continually improve lead generation strategies
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets to contribute to overall company growth.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Motivated, self-starter with a minimum of 6 months experience in B2B tech appointment setting/sales or lead generation roles
  • Experience in cold calling/outbound sales and exceeding targets
  • Great communicator, fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to multitask and work across multiple campaigns simultaneously


What you'll get in return

  • $35 + super + commission
  • 8.30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
  • Office located in Surry Hills
