Job Description

Permanent Position | Hume Location | Annual Salary between $190,000pa - $230,000pa plus 11% Superannuation | Commence Immediately

OVERVIEW

Our highly reputable client is seeking an experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join their team on an ongoing basis.

As the CMO, you will lead, inspire and empower the marketing team (9 staff)., and broader teams, to deliver exceptional growth across the E-commerce and Retail Channels.

As a digital native, you will prioritise the digital arm of the business and provide strategic guidance to internal teams and external agencies.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the existing digital and retail marketing team.
• Work closely with the Head of Ecommerce to develop and implement best practice digital and omni-channel campaigns.
• Manage an external agency handling digital channels including SEO and digital marketing.
• Implement national marketing campaigns across digital channels and a store network.
• Be the point of contact within the business for marketing and communications.
• Work closely with the Retail Marketing Manager and network of franchisees to grow and develop their stores.
• Create an omni-channel experience that aligns with the business and their customers.
• Work with procurement and other internal areas to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
• Translate strategic goals into operational plans and manage marketing campaigns.
• Build and manage monthly reporting dashboards.
• Other ad hoc duties as required.

EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS

• 5-10+ years in a senior marketing role.
• Proven experience in SEO, Meta ads, content marketing and email marketing.
• Experience in the following systems; FB experience, FB Ads, IG experience, Influencer experience, EDM’s (Klaviyo), Direct to Consumer, In store initiatives, SEO optimisation, Tik Tok ads, App building and synergies into offline and online.
• Demonstrated skills in project management and the ability to work across multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management and attention to detail skills.
