The Customer Marketing & CX Lead willfocus on developing and championing a deep understanding of our customers andtheir drivers – owning and optimising customer engagement, adoption andretention initiatives, and partnering with our product, implementation andcustomer success teams to drive a superior end-to-end customer experience forthe Education & Work Pathways segment. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, CX &Corporate Communications, this is an exciting role for an energetic, customerobsessed and results-driven marketer that will provide the right candidate anopportunity to be part of an amazing next stage of growth for ReadyTech. Y ou will get to: Creating and executing end-to-end campaigns, initiativesand events (online or face-to-face) that drive customer engagement, increasefeature adoption and improve retention. Support product with the production, adaption anddelivery of technical messaging for all new feature and product releases plusreleases of existing features. Arm the customer success team with powerful collateral,proven tactics and applicable engagement enablement plans that help movecustomers through the user adoption flywheel to saturation and evangelism. Partner with our product and technology teams through thecomplete product development cycle to help create multi-channel communicationstrategies. Partner with our customer success team to delivercommunications that support the renewal process and track engagement, at scale. Work closely with the wider marketing team to craft andreview content and run dedicated product marketing & CX campaigns. Take care of the creative development and publication ofa wide range of customer marketing material from crafting eDMs and buildinglanding pages, through to developing case studies and running webinars thatconvey product and feature releases to our customers and channel partners. Evaluate data and test, track and report on key campaignresults and continually identify opportunities for improvement. Contribute to maintaining and championing best practiceCRM data management and subsequent initiatives to drive progressive profilingand customer data optimisation. You have: Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders acrossthe business to distill complex topics to core messages. Effective understanding and use of time management and the ability tojuggle multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritising tasks andmeeting deadlines while driving results. Ownership and accountability that means you get the job done the rightway, no matter what obstacles you face. Adaptable and positive attitude with exceptional attention to detail,ability to get your hands dirty, and a passion for continuous improvement. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Established and demonstratable skills in effectively communicatingcomplex technical content in an easy-to-understand manner. Demonstrated experience working with automation systems and CMS tools. Experience in marketing, digital channels and/or product communications. Strong experience collaborating across technical and non-technicalteams.
