This opportunity will see you enhancing and shaping marketing initiatives through marketing automation, ensuring alignment with the organisation's marketing and customer acquisition strategy.

Key responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:

• Develop, monitor and analyse marketing automation KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness, including A/B testing for optimisation.
• Create reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with updated insights on campaign effectiveness.
• Utilise data-driven insights to ensure informed decision-making and continuous improvement of strategies.
• Full ownership of designing, implementing and managing marketing automation workflows.

What you'll need to succeed

• A tertiary qualification in Marketing or equivalent.
  
  
• Previous experience with marketing automation technologies with Microsoft Dynamics is highly desirable.
• The ability to interpret briefs from various stakeholders working with cross-functional teams.
• You will be data-driven with a focus on leveraging insights to optimise campaign performance.
• A focus on working as a team, including using workplace collaboration tools and building strong relationships with stakeholders
