Requirements

Here’s what you’ll be doing

• Conducting keyword research and analysis to identify relevant keywords and topics for SEO optimisation. 
• Creating, implementing and scheduling engaging and high-quality content for various social media platforms.
• Optimising website content, including landing pages, blog posts, and product pages, for search engines using best SEO practices.
• Working cross-functionally with other teams and CT Group businesses to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and objectives.
• Collaborating with other specialists such as Graphic Designers and Copywriters.
• Analysing social media and SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and SEMRush to track the effectiveness of campaigns, and providing regular reports and updates on performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement. 
• Experimenting with new content formats, channels, and strategies to test effectiveness and drive innovation in digital marketing efforts. 
• Attracting new online customers and increasing revenue generated from existing customers.

Here’s what you’ll bring 

• Intermediate experience in a digital marketing role or similar.
• Proven experience in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
• Demonstrable experience increasing website CRO via SEO techniques, SEM campaigns, UX UI best practice implementation.
• An ability to maintain creativity and brand integrity while juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with CMS platforms such as Drupal and WordPress.
• Proficient with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.
• The willingness to be proactive, show initiative and take ownership in your role.

Please note that all team members must have a valid state-based Working with Children Check (WWCC), Police check, and be authorised to work in Australia.
