Responsibilities include:
The Marketing Specialist will report to the Marketing Manager and will run results-driven national and local marketing campaigns, cultivate relationships, and immerse themselves in the business centres to understand their unique needs.

• Developing and delivering successful national and local marketing strategies.
• Creating compelling Email and SMS content strategies for optimal customer journeys.
• Managing digital marketing platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
• Utilizing marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Hootesuite
• Leveraging data analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
• SEO Content creation
• Paid social and paid search 
• Development of a content plan for optimisation of channels
• Redesign of launch and landing pages
• End to End campaign Management

Required Qualifications and Clearances

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar marketing role.
• Experience in marketing, particularly in retail or service sectors.
• Proven track record of delivering successful marketing strategies across various channels (Social Media, Search, Native Advertising, Radio, Out-of-Home, Signage, Point-of-Sale, and Print).
• Experience in Email and SMS communication strategies and automation principles.
• Budget management skills and the ability to optimize advertising plans over time.
• Ability to meet deadlines, manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively.
• Blue Card (we can apply for one if you don’t have one)
• Driver's license.
