Digital & Search Marketing (Marketing & Communications)

We're a growing product studio aligned with a leading Perth creative agency, and we're looking for an experienced and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. 

The primary focus of the role will be to drive growth in our in-house digital products through tailored SEO and Digital Marketing strategies, while also consulting and offering guidance to the broader agency and client base.

This is an opportunity for the right person to get in at the ground level and help us establish and lead significant digital marketing capability across our product studio and agency.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in SEO and Digital Marketing, with a proven track record of driving growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance the growth of our internal products.
• Manage SEO efforts, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and performance tracking.
• Plan, implement, and optimise campaigns across various digital channels, such as social media, email marketing, PPC, and content marketing.
• Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the broader team to support digital marketing efforts for client projects, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
• Demonstrate strategic leadership across your areas of specialisation, providing insight and driving the long-term growth of the product studio and agency alongside our leadership team

 The ideal candidate has:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on SEO.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, PPC, and content marketing.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• An ability to work independently and as part of a team, across both product and client engagements.
• A desire to inform, educate and support the wider team in best practice and ongoing changes within the digital marketing landscape.
