Ecommerce Specialist

12 month Parental Leave Contract

We enthusiastically care about delivering a seamless online experience for our customers and the Ecommerce Specialist is integral to this goal. With our existing team member headed on Parental Leave, we are looking for someone to join us for a 12-month contract.

This position will play an integral role in getting our new products live across our 6 sites, complementing our online feel and presence. Our successful candidate will possess a blend of creative flair, excellent attention to detail, and strong project management skills. They will thrive in a collaborative environment and be passionate about driving results through innovative online merchandising and marketing strategies. Moreover, they must be obsessed with enhancing the digital experience for customers, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression.

In this role, you will:

• Maintain 6 website Shopify platforms inline with Marketing and Merchandise Planning/Product directions and guidance.
• Collaborate cross functionally to execute any day-to-day troubleshooting that impacts the online experience through key platforms (i.e. Shopify, Nosto, Pimberly)
• Contribute to and execute project plans, adhering to strict timelines and budgets.
• Execute online merchandising of onsite product on a regular cadence in conjunction with the maintenance of promotional messaging.
• Work with Brand and Creative teams to create and update key informational landing pages and product landing pages, including ensuring that marketing campaigns align seamlessly with onsite experience and vice versa
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to convert ideas and opportunities into tangible initiatives with measurable outcomes across visual merchandising and CRM channels.
• Be a champion of process improvements, always looking for ways to improve our processes and experience for our online customer.

• The ideal candidate should excel in fostering collaborative relationships across departments, promoting a harmonious and results-driven culture. They should possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with various teams and stakeholders, aligning efforts towards common goals.

If this sounds like you, the below requirements would be great to address to help your application stand out:

• 2+ years experience as an eCommerce functional role.
• Expert knowledge of Shopify.
• Experience with Personalisation and Merchandising tools, PIMs, and ESP / CRM systems is a bonus.
• Results-driven and commercially minded, with a proactive attention to detail.
• Having a keen interest in the local and international fashion and apparel industry, with an understanding of key competitors, customer expectations, and eCommerce user experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly collaborative with the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams.

The Fine Print

• This role is a 12-month parental leave cover, stepping in to cover the roles and responsibilities of one of our current team as we support them in this exciting journey
• We’re proudly hybrid and support our team with set WFO/WFH days
• We require you to have unrestricted working rights for the 12 month period of the contract
