Role
The role will see you advising on major cross-border M&A in the investment, infrastructure and real estate investment management industry, as well as transition and integration arrangements, new business establishment, joint venture arrangements, global Board and governance arrangements, product development, investment fund structuring, distribution, governance and reporting, and on regulatory interactions, investigations and approvals.
