About the Role

Are you a passionate Graphic Designer with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to visual quality? We're seeking a talented individual to join our Marketing team on a Fixed term contract for 12 months at our Support Office in Rhodes. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs across various mediums to effectively communicate ideas and messages.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative design concepts that align with project briefs.
• Create eye-catching designs using Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
• Develop and maintain brand identities, including logos, colour palettes, and other brand assets.
• Prepare print-ready files and ensure high-quality production of printed materials.
• Offer creative solutions to design challenges and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Stay updated on design trends and industry advancements to continuously improve design skills.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• A minimum of 3 Years Experience
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, showcasing a strong portfolio of creative design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and knowledge of post-production processes.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and layout techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Animation experience in After Effects would be beneficial
• Open and willing to learning new skills on the job.

Working Relationships:

Internal: Collaborate with broader Marketing and Ecommerce teams, Visual Merchandising.

External: Liaise with Advertising Agencies, Production Agencies, and Creative Production partners.
