Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division is seeking to hire a Group Marketing Manager, Strategic Partnerships – APAC. The successful candidate could be based in Australia or Singapore .
As the Group Marketing Manager, Strategic Partnerships – APAC, you will focus on devising and executing marketing strategies to bolster our partnerships and strategic accounts. Collaborating across sales, marketing, and partner management, you'll design and implement demand-generation programs that drive engagement and pipeline growth.
In addition to crafting marketing strategies for our existing partners and strategic accounts, this role extends to fostering broader strategic partnerships and programs within the industry. Your expertise will be pivotal in optimizing and implementing our partners' marketing and demand-generation tactics while also tailoring programs to fuel new business opportunities and expand our market presence.
We’re looking for a marketer who can pull from a wide range of business and marketing skills including strategic go-to-market planning; hands-on execution; relationship building and project management. This role requires an experienced professional who can orchestrate and influence a cross-functional team to deliver programs and campaigns that drive measurable results.
What you will do
- Collaborate closely with partners to understand their business objectives, target markets, and marketing needs, developing joint marketing plans and programs to drive mutual success.
- Create and execute co-marketing campaigns, programs, and events that leverage the strengths and capabilities of both Hexagon and our partners to generate awareness, engagement, and demand in the APAC region.
- Develop compelling marketing collateral, including co-branded materials, case studies, webinars, and thought leadership content, to support partner-led marketing activities and drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Work in tandem with the APAC marketing team to ensure alignment and integration of partner marketing initiatives with overall marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Implement strategic account marketing initiatives, including personalized 1:1 ABM programs, to drive engagement and growth within key accounts.
- Foster relationships and develop marketing programs with industry partners to expand market presence and drive growth opportunities.
- Track and analyze marketing program performance metrics across strategic accounts, partnerships, and industry collaborations, leveraging insights to optimize marketing strategies and investments.

What you will need
- 5+ years of experience in marketing with an emphasis on partner marketing, alliance marketing, or strategic marketing roles, preferably within the B2B software industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing joint marketing programs and campaigns with partners in the APAC region.
- In-depth knowledge of B2B marketing principles and best practices and the ability to think strategically and analytically with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Dynamic, ambitious, self-starter who can manage and influence others on cross-functional work teams in a remote working environment.
- Ability to drive programs forward amidst multiple shifting priorities and goals in a matrixed organization.
- Experience in Salesforce and marketing automation tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or similar in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred.
