You will be responsible for leading and developing marketing strategies to support all business products, Corporates, Referrers and broader HCF group. In this role you will be responsible for leading and mentoring the marketing team. Ensuring the team has the structure and capability to deliver on commercial and strategic operational plans. Responsibilities Lead the development and team to bring integrated value propositions aligned to strategic objectives, business outcomes, target segments underpinned with strong portfolio management discipline Oversee competitor analysis to understand emerging trends and market dynamics to inform competitive responses and portfolios adjustments Collaborate with the corporate team to enable negotiations with partner and referrers to develop and drive strategies to growth Build and maintain a high performing team structure and capabilities, partnering and collaborating across functions Category and consumer champion, having a thorough understanding of the market, our competitors, brands/products Collaborates with the Strategy and Research and insights team to optimise techniques in line with current marketing plans Collaborate with broader Marketing and HCF teams on best practice between comms, media and customer journeys Lead the function to be at the forefront of testing new messaging and positioning hypotheses coming from Product Marketing and Brand teams, as well as international expansion and verticalization to drive sustainable growth Lead cross-functional teams to achieve organisational goals. Proactively shapes the ideas and agendas of stakeholders. About you You will be a self-driven, charismatic and highly commercial Head of Marketing who is tertiary qualified in Communications/Advertising or Marketing. You will have an innovative and proactive personality, and thought leader who is highly detail-oriented. You will have experience working in heavily regulated environments such as finance or insurance. Tertiary qualifications with a minimum of 15 years marketing experience in advertising and marketing Strong drive for results, achieved through effective team leadership Strong background in marketing, campaign planning, media planning, creative production processes across offline and online Outstanding project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects at any one time along with a passion for execution Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to positively influence others and build alignment amongst key stakeholders Management experience alongside a passion for people development and a team orientated, coaching style Proven experience in delivering positive commercial outcomes and high-level financial management skills Why HCF?
