Are you a passionate and experienced culinary professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at Fitchies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
• Develop and design new menu items, promotional products.
• Review existing menu for improvements in margin and process.
• Assist in supplier negotiations 
• Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Monitor and control kitchen costs, including inventory, waste management, and labour.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
• Collaborate with management on marketing strategies, special events, and menu promotions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume, restaurant.
• Must be available for weekday and weekend work.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and trends.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Relevant culinary qualifications and certifications.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
