Excellent opportunity for ICT Product Manager (HR Platform) to work within Vic State Government Your new company Our objective is to deliver a safer Victoria with their partners by providing intelligence and, focusing on the development of partnerships and working with the community to empower individuals to build a safer Victoria. Your new role This role will be under Digital Services and Security Department (DSSD), which helps to keep Victoria safe by providing reliable, secure, and easy to use technology that enables our people to do their job and our community to access our services. Leverage and integrate modern HR platforms, tools and practices including best practice sustainability, security, risk management and cost effectiveness. This includes but is not limited to deployment of: Common Corporate Platform (CCP) HCM (SAP SuccessFactors) and a new Workforce Management System. Ensure the products within the HR portfolio are managed effectively to ensure they deliver the agreed service requirements in line with our value management framework and business owner expectations. Manage, monitor, and evaluate current and future products within the HR portfolio to ensure it delivers business needs through the provision of effective services and the ongoing development, enhancement and maintenance of the solution to continually meet the evolving needs of our business. Manage changes, additions, and enhancements to HR Portfolio products and services, including overseeing change requests to ensure they meet the business owner’s expectations. Contribute towards the leadership of a strategic IT function with significant budget and staff responsibilities, ensuring that organisational and operational needs, milestones, key objectives, budgets, timelines and stakeholder requirements are successfully met. Engage with external consultants to implement changes and new additions to the HR portfolio of products Facilitate business analysis, requirements gathering, and backlog management and prioritisation for HR portfolio product enhancements, developments, and defect resolution. What you'll need to succeed Experience in managing a range of Human Resource products including HRIS, Health & Safety and workforce management products. SAP SuccessFactors experience highly desired. Experience, knowledge and expertise in developing, maintaining and continuously improving HR products and services in accordance with industry recognised frameworks, standards and systems within a large, highly complex environment. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills together with demonstrated strong written communication skills. Suitable industry tertiary qualifications in an ICT or directly related discipline, or demonstrated equivalent experience, knowledge and skills. Significant people leadership and management experience. A proven track record in engaging with a wide array of diverse stakeholders (internal and external vendors), providing specialist advice, and applying influence and negotiation skills to drive the development and execution of projects to an exceptional standard.
