The Role
As a Marketing & tenders Coordinator, you will be reporting to the Business Development Manager. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
  • Planning, delivery, and implementation of two key areas – Tender / EOI submissions
  • Creating and conceptualize branding, branding awareness and campaigns
  • Digital marketing campaign materials including creating case studies, capability statements and brochures
  • Building the organization’s social media presence
  • Develop and maintain the website

The Like Mind
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications or graphic design. You will have great written and verbal communication skills, and a track record of proficiency in the use of software is essential (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Experience in tenders and a demonstrated ability to operate autonomously in a high-pressure environment will ensure your success in the role, together with effective interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
