About You A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment Open to learning, adapting and developing your skills An excellent communicator with strong attention to detail Your Skills and Experience (key criteria) A tertiary qualification or equivalent transferable skills in marketing, communications or advertising Administrative experience in a fast-paced office environment Effective written and oral communication skills Experience supporting internal and external stakeholders on marketing activities Highly organised with the ability to plan work in an efficient and timely manner The Customer Engagement team is responsible for maximising audience engagement in Arts Centre Melbourne’s enriching experiences. Through the delivery of compelling campaigns, communications and content, the team attracts and engages customers with our brand, offer, community and services.
