Afterpay is looking for a motivated and adaptable Marketing Associate to join our team on a full-time basis. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to work from anywhere in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As an Entry Level Marketing Associate, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the marketing field and work with a dynamic team of professionals.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement - Create content for social media platforms, email campaigns, and other marketing channels - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Analyze marketing data and metrics to track performance and optimize campaigns - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals - Support the Marketing Manager in various projects and initiatives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 1 year of experience in marketing or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptable and reliable personality traits - Problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software
