Job Description:

As a Marketing Associate at Mattel, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products across various channels. This is a remote work position based in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales. 2. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competition. 3. Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing materials such as ads, brochures, and social media content. 4. Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to build brand loyalty. 5. Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns using metrics and analytics tools. 6. Coordinate with external vendors and partners for marketing initiatives. 7. Assist in organizing events, trade shows, and product launches. 8. Collaborate with sales team to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2. 4 years of marketing experience in a similar role. 3. Strong communication and negotiation skills. 4. Confident and hardworking personality. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software. 6. Ability to work independently and in a team setting. 7. Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing. 8. Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis.
