The Marketing team is looking for a Marketing Campaigns Analyst who is dynamic, creative, and a self-starter. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering engaging campaigns at scale that perform to drive leads, pipeline and revenue results. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping companies of all sizes to unify the customer experience and unlock loyalty. The candidate will be experienced in B2B marketing and a range of go-to-market tactics. Previous roles working in B2B companies, or previous experience in marketing technology is an advantage. Although this role is an individual contributor, it requires a team member who is able to orchestrate across a virtual team to deliver double-digit pipeline generation and lead growth. We are looking for excellent planning and organisational skills, as well as the ability to liaise optimally with key sales and strategy stakeholders and be accountable for results. Analytical capability is key for understanding and managing demand generation, forecasting, lead flow, and the many moving parts involved in running an effective marketing machine. Validated experience in programmatic demand generation through integrated campaigns is crucial. The role requires a good working knowledge of digital marketing, coordinating website content and engaging creative teams, understanding the customer journeys, and working with external agencies to effectively complete projects on time and on budget. Responsibilities: Work with the New Logos team to support the development of marketing programs (program planning, campaign management, tactical execution, promotions, and collaboration with executive, alliance and operational stakeholders) particularly at scale across paid and owned digital channels. Assist with the development and delivery of breakthrough ideas and innovative campaigns. This requires collaboration with other marketing specialists to deliver experiments and innovation in our Australian and New Zealand market strategy for net-new business via all relevant mediums and channels (e.g. webinars, 3rd party vertically based associations, digital, influencers, social media, live events, sales programs etc). Work with the industry's most respected sales team and leaders to support the execution of programs that help find new buyers Publish and supervise frequent campaign scorecards to share results, takeaways and best practices with key stakeholders; adjust the plans and priorities to stay focused on pipe generation targets. Enablement of sales development and sales programs/telemarketing resources working with Go-to-Market vertical leads. Measure outcomes, deliver reports on marketing metrics and handle budgets to maximise impact. Have the capability to orchestrate, negotiate, prioritise and lead project deliverables with other members of the marketing organisation as needed. Effectively collaborate with agencies to help scale delivery and impact of programs across digital, creative and face-to-face events. Experience/Skills Required: Highly professional teammate with a positive, can-do attitude; and be very comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities. Shown experience in B2B marketing in a campaign manager or marketing manager capacity. Consistent track record of leading B2B marketing campaigns throughout the pipeline funnel across web, social, email, as well as in-person events and other activities, and experience of driving quantifiable return on investment. Diligent with strong project management skills. Comfortable with marketing metrics, understanding their campaign impact, reporting on effectiveness to stakeholders and making adjustments to their campaigns accordingly Strong background in developing and implementing lead focused marketing campaigns. Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. Ability to lead and contribute to projects with confidence and rigour across cross functional teams. Previous experience working in a business with a land and expand or product-led business strategy a plus Experience/Skills Desired: Past experience in using Salesforce, Slack, and/or other marketing tools such as Salesforce Strong understanding of demand generation and experience in driving quantifiable return on investment.
