Our client is seeking a temporary communications coordinator with strong written communication and organisational skills. You will need to be a great communicator who enjoys working with people, The ideal candidate should excel in liaising with regional staff, adapting quickly to new tasks and software, and collaborating effectively with the team.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with regional staff
- Quick learner of new tasks and software
- Comfortable working independently and in a team setting
Software used:
- Drupal ( CMS ), Sharepoint, Adobe Creative Cloud, and social media platforms
Responsibilities:
- Writing various content types such as news articles, media releases, presentations, web scripts, and email copy
- Managing email campaigns using Vision 6 software
- Developing marketing material (based on existing templates)
- Creating social media posts on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Overseeing LinkedIn accounts for senior staff
- Sourcing statistics for monthly reports
- Assisting with internal communication activities, including Sharepoint updates
- Making minor website changes
