About the Opportunity

The Leisure Marketing team is responsible for developing and delivering the strategic marketing plan across the Leisure portfolio, driving acquisition, engagement and strengthening relationships with existing Members and customers. This includes proposition development, marketing strategy development / optimisation and Member and customer engagement/utilisation.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager – Benefits & Rewards, the Marketing Consultant – Benefits & Rewards B2B is responsible for leading planning & delivery on key programs of work across the Member benefits portfolio and taking the lead on several projects across small and medium marketing initiatives with our B2B partners. You will be responsible for leading the creation and delivery of marketing activity that achieves awareness and usage of benefits by our B2B partners’ end customer. You are ideally an expert in partner and stakeholder management (internal and external) and campaign management across multiple audiences and channels, can work at pace and under pressure, but above all you are an exceptional Marketing practitioner.

What you’ll need to be successful

  • 5+ years experience in marketing and campaign management including through the line mediums - inclusive of eDMs, direct mail, SMS, digital and ATL.
  • Degree qualified in Marketing or related area desirable
  • Experience working with Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud beneficial.
  • Experience working in a fast pace Account Management function will be advantageous
  • Copy writing ability will be beneficial
  • Experience in designs suite will also be beneficial
  • Strong commercial acumen with detailed understanding of business operations
  • Proven experience in leading teams in dynamic environments and delivering positive business outcomes.
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience collecting, organising, analysing, and disseminating information with accuracy.
  • Effective leadership focused on motivating people, continuous improvement and delivering results; able to document current and future state processes, insights and opportunities.
  • Specialist in the field of partner marketing.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Outward looking and a problem solver with a collaborative and adaptive approach.
  • Displays sound judgement and good organisational, time management skills.
  • Strong business and customer focus, particularly in a B2B capacity.
  • Displays resilience and values continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
