Marketing Coordinator

Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator at Thieves Coffee, you will play a key role in executing our marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our brand, attract new customers, and foster relationships with our existing audience. You will enhance and develop the digital outreach of the Thieves Coffee brand and coffee subscription service by managing the implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns. Main duties and responsibilities

Core objectives include: 

• Assist in the planning and executing of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Support and manage the creation of content development for omnichannel marketing platforms, EDMs, and other relevant forms of communication channels.
• Collaborate and work with external agencies across all printed, digital, and visual mediums to develop compelling visual assets that align with brand guidelines.
• Assist in managing relationships with external vendors, partners, and influencers.
• Maintain an organised marketing calendar of marketing activities and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Use web analytics and other reports to track campaign performance metrics to identify areas and opportunities to promote products and services and increase visibility within our markets.
• Administer and manage the website (Shopify), EDM system (Klavyo) and other database assets such as Facebook, TikTok and Instagram.

ERSON SPECIFICATION

Qualifications 

• Degree level (desirable) or any Formal qualifications in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or Advertising – a special focus on digital and e-commerce is well regarded, and/or a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Proficiency in marketing software (e.g., Klavyo, Shopify, Facebook Business Manager), social media platforms, and analytics tools.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design and the ability to execute creative direction that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Ability to plan ahead and multitask on multiple campaigns at a time.
• Experience within either the online product subscription channel or the coffee industry is highly regarded 
• Experience in the coffee industry or F&B is a plus!

• Commerciality: ability to apply knowledge in a practical, commercial manner, especially in a e-commerce setting.

• Time management/organisation : Plan ahead to accomplish objectives effectively and efficiently.
