About the Role:
A fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join the Koala Living team. As the Marketing Manager you will develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans for the entire organisation. You will play a crucial role in enhancing brand identity, increasing market presence, and driving sales growth. This position requires a creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for furniture design and home decor.

 
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Koala Living’s products and brand.
• Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, and events.
• Oversee the optimisation of online marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
• Conduct market research, analyse trends, and identify new marketing opportunities.
• Mentor and develop a marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

 
About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus. Strong understanding of marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, ideally in the furniture or home decor industry or omnichannel retail. Experience in smaller, reactive marketing organisations preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder influence and negotiation.
• Digital savvy with proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO/SEM platforms, and CRM systems. Strong analytical skills to interpret data for decision-making.
• Creative thinker with strong project management skills. Ability to develop unique marketing concepts and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Passion for design and alignment with business and cultural values.
