The Role

This is an opportunity for an experienced marketing manager to join this growing workforce. In this role you will support the leadership team in marketing, promoting, and increasing referrals to the surgeons across 4 locations in the Eastern parts of Melbourne.

Day to day responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

Lead and inspire the team to drive performance and deliver exceptional results.

Conceptualise, execute and run creative campaigns to drive referral traffic and attendance at information sessions.

Analyse and leverage referral data to improve marketing metrics and effectiveness.

Maintain high standards of content quality and brand consistency across various marketing materials (e.g: - emails, social media content, profile videos, documents).

Oversee website management and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and user experience.

Manage marketing spend effectively to maximise return on investment.

Your Profile

You are a positive and energetic self-starter with an unwavering passion for fostering a positive working environment. With previous experience in marketing best practices, project management, and business development.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must possess the following:

3+ years experience in a similar role, within a surgical, hospital or healthcare environment an advantage!
Proven expertise and confidence in designing, implementing, and managing marketing automation to create patient journeys and maintain accurate database health.

Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, influencing and collaborating with directors and cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical skills with a history of using data-driven insights to optimise campaigns and drive informed decision-making.

Substantial experience in effective project management, overseeing multiple initiatives and ensuring timely delivery of outcomes.

Integrity and confidentiality in the management of private company information is also a must.
