A specialist in high-end design, manufacture and installation of copper, zinc and aluminium products across Australia, we are now seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our RoleAs the Marketing Manager the key objective will be the development, implementation, and execution of marketing for the numerous brands in our Group. You will be working alongside internal stakeholders with the responsibilities outlined below:Digital Marketing & Strategic PlanningDevelop SEO strategies aimed at increasing organic traffic and conversions.Lead a cross-channel advertising strategy across numerous digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok).Brand development and exposure.Planning and coordination of photo shoots and videos for our workshop and sitesDefine content strategy across social media, websites, and emails.Identification of industry events in which participation will increase brand awareness and create commercial partnerships.Emails & WebsitesOversee daily operations of the company websites to ensure optimal performance.Operation and use of the WordPress platform.Budgeting & ReportingCompilation of monthly reports detailing performance, results and KPIs.Analyse digital marketing against industry leaders and marketing trends.RequirementsA degree in Marketing or Communications.Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies for an organisation.Industry experience in Manufacturing, Construction or Architecture (Ideal & preferred).Excellent written & editing skills for use of content creation.Proficient in the use of website platforms such as WordPress or similar.Proven track record of building brands and has had successful results in meeting targets, SEO & KPIs.Working with ARCJoin an established business with a professional and friendly staff.
