Job summary
Scott Carver is seeking an experienced and organized Office Coordinator Responsibilities include general housekeeping, maintenance, and coordination of office services The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication

Responsibilities
• General housekeeping and maintenance of the office support systems • Maintaining the office in a tidy and orderly manner • Managing all shared spaces and meeting rooms • Coordinating maintenance of office equipment • Monitoring and replenishing office supplies • Assisting with event planning and coordination • Handling reception area and greeting visitors • Managing incoming calls, emails, mail, and couriers • Assisting with general office tasks • Contributing to knowledge by researching advantageous deals or suppliers
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required • Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred • Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel & Outlook, Sharepoint, Adobe Suite • Ability to work independently and take initiative • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software • Attention to detail and accuracy
