Operations Manager

Our client, a market-leading Manufacturing company is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a large team, based in Adelaide. This is a truly exciting role for an Operations Manager who enjoys having autonomy in their role!

The Role

Working closely with the General Manager, the Operations Manager will:

• Oversee the day-day company operations for a specific department
• Lead a large team, providing ongoing coaching and support
• Work in collaboration with business leaders on training, engagement and succession planning
• Partner with internal stakeholders such as Heads of Departments, including Sales and Customer Service to ensure efficient processes and business growth
• Manage financials and support with business strategy
• Ensure policies, processes and WHS/compliance procedures are adhered to at all times
• Support various departments with implementing change
• Work collaboratively to ensure excellent customer service is provided and KPIs are achieved
• Support with auditing and reporting activities

The Individual

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a similar Operational leadership role, preferably managing a large team.

Our client is looking to hire a solutions-focused and supportive individual with excellent people management skills, who can manage a variety of stakeholders effectively.

This role will require some travel.
