  Senior Account Executive - PR

We are on the hunt for a bright and energetic Senior Account Executive to join our team– someone who is keen to build a strong and successful career, working across some of Australia’s most iconic brands. You will have 2-4 years PR and communications experience working with brands to deliver award winning results for your clients across PR and earned creative. With solid media contacts, you’ll enjoy crafting and pitching relevant stories to a wide range of media. You will also be a strong writer and be able to bring a creative flair to everything you do.

You will enjoy delivering quality work to great clients, and helping to deliver integrated communications programs, all while working in a creative, innovative and fun team!

Salary - $60k – 70k package

Account Manager - PR

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team.To be successful in this role you will bring:

- At least 4+ years’ experience working with brands to tell interesting and interesting and insightful stories

- A solid network of media, influencer and/or stakeholder contacts in the Australian and New Zealand markets

- Experience playing an integral role in managing project and retained campaign work for major brands and organisations with diverse communications requirements

- The ability to manage up and down within a team and experience supporting the career growth of junior team members

- Independent thinking, courage to challenge the norm and confidence to generate fresh ideas internally and externally

- Excellent written skills from pitch response to media release, case study, byline and online content production

Salary – $70k - $85k package

Senior Account Manager - PR

We are on the hunt for an ambitious and energetic PR Senior Account Manager who is keen to build a strong and successful career, working across some of the world’s most loved brands.

You will have at least 5-6 year’s agency experience with strong experience in thought leadership, across some large, independent and complex programs and brands. You will also have proven experience managing client relationships and developing quality communications strategies.

You will think independently and have the ability to generate fresh ideas for our clients’ communications programs, with excellent written and presentation skills. You’ll possess the ability to manage up and down within a team and experience supporting the career growth of junior team members Most importantly you will be passionate about the industry we work in, the brands we work with and be an outstanding people manager with strong capabilities coaching at all levels.

Salary - $80k - $110k package

Account Director - PR

We are looking for an Account Director to join our team.

You will bring:

- A passion for shaping and telling stories that really move the needle for our clients, as well as solid experience selling into media

- Experience managing client relationships, leading teams and developing quality communications strategies

- You will think independently and have the ability to generate fresh ideas for our clients’ communications programs

- Influencer, social and/or digital experience is also preferable

- Minimum of six years of communications experience working with an array of clients

- strong technical skills – including written and presentational

- The ability to develop and execute complex, multifaceted and/or integrated campaign strategies

- Ability to work with ambiguity to lead and direct the team to a definitive outcome

Senior Account Director - PR

You will have at 7-9 year’s agency experience working with global brands across diverse categories and have your finger on the pulse on what’s trending to help client partners authentically capitalise on opportunities. 

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you’ll also be instrumental in helping shape the agency culture and commercial performance of the agency.

You will think independently and have the ability to consistently generate fresh, creative ideas for our clients’ communications programs and have the confidence to counsel clients to step out of their ‘comfort zone’

Most importantly you will be passionate about the industry we work in, the brands we work with and be an outstanding people manager with strong capabilities coaching at all levels.

Group Account Director - PR

We are looking for a Group Account Director to join our team.

To be successful in this role you’ll bring: 

Ideally 10+ years of communications experience, delivering in a fast paced PR/ Communications environment

- Strong technical skills – written, spoken, presenting

- A demonstrable ability to forge meaningful relationships with clients and provide strategic counsel to senior leaders.

- A collaborative approach to working with clients and teams and the ability to lead joint brainstorms, creative sprints and workshops to co-develop creative solutions.

- A passion for new business – hunger for networking, leading and inspiring our people to bring new business opportunities to life and driving the team to success

- Strong strategic planning skills, deep rooted experience in crafting and implementing complex earned and owned communications strategies for national and international brands

- Prior experience in integrated roles - making the complex simple and managing teams and talent to collaborate across agency Brand and Groupe portfolios.

- Commercial acumen – you are targeted and solutions driven and have the ability to negotiate effectively and upskill your teams to do the same. You recognise and act on organic growth potential and keep a close eye on servicing levels.

- A passion for creativity and developing large scale, integrated ideas with earned at the heart. You will understand techniques to get the best ideas from our team and work closely with our creative director to develop award winning ideas that will get our clients talked about.

All of the above roles require a relevant tertiary qualification or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of qualification.
