How do we do this? By offering an exceptional preventative care program across Tasmania, with a team of amazing health practitioners. As our business continues to grow, we are now seeking to bring an experienced Product Manager on board.

Why we need you

Salveo Healthcare and Healthy Business currently operate as separate entities however centralised function is being established which will operate across both organisations. Both organisations have need for product management and this role will work to recognise each organisations unique product needs aligned to each organisations stage of business and strategic priorities.

The Role

Reporting to the Growth and Partnership Manager, the Product Manager will work across Salveo Healthcare and Healthy Business and is responsible for implementing a product management function, ensuring appropriate product road maps and supporting product business cases are developed, and activities occur to meet both companies’ strategic goals. They will work closely with key stakeholders and internal teams. You will be based in your home office and travel may be required.

Essential Criteria

• The successful candidate will possess:
• Prior experience performing in a similar role with a successful track record of driving product development and launches
• Experience and knowledge of developing and implementing an organisation product road map and facilitating and managing supporting business cases throughout with relevant stakeholders
• Excellent stakeholder communication and management with an ability to build collaborative relationships
• Understanding of product management principles including product strategy, roadmap development and market analysis
• Ability to cope with change and a dynamic environment. Being able to pivot as required whilst remaining focused on the end goal. An agile approach to working
• Strategic analytical thinking
• Creative thinking, and an opportunity and solutions focused mindset
• Demonstrated experiencer working in a team environment and provide leadership and support to key staff
