Product Marketing Manager

Job Title: Product Marketing Manager (Outbound)

Location: Microba Head Office (Brisbane CBD)

Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer

Status: Permanent Full Time

PURPOSE

As a key member of our team, your role directly influences market-facing teams to drive high volume new and repeat customer growth in key market segments. Your expertise and dedication are essential in achieving our mission “to pioneer health solutions that harness our deep understanding of the microbiome,” to achieve our vision of “creating a world where human health is transformed by microbiome science.”

RESPONSIBILITIES (include but not limited to)

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with GTM teams to create initiatives and tactics to meet the segment growth strategy.

Market & Customer Research

• Develop a deep understanding of the segment dynamics - buyers, competitors, region, and geography.
• Leverage segment understanding to deliver winning marketing and sales enablement.

Leadership

• Lead the marketing streams to develop and deliver the GTM segment calendar across every channel - paid and organic demand, web, field, PR.
• Ensure every market-facing team member is set for high-growth success through training, playbooks, scripts, collateral, demos, customer testimonials, and email content.

Product Management & Delivery

• Create new value opportunities via GTM launches - product, market entry, commercial, augmented offering.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Experience architecting and delivering GTM calendars and launches - product, market, offers, and commercial.
• Develop buyer and market insights from quant and qual - customer interviews, product analytics, market data, customer experience, competitor information.
• Able to create clear, compelling positioning and enablement for customer-facing teams.
• Exposure to global sales and digital funnels and understanding differentiated markets.
• Deep collaborative skills honed in high growth environments.
• Strong people leadership skills both reporting line and influence line.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Technology, Design, or related field.

Skills and Knowledge

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of inspiring teams and stakeholders towards achieving a unified product vision.
• Advanced understanding of the product development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and user-centred design principles.
