Family Day Care Queensland is a values based not for profit organisation and we have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join the team.

About the role

Working across the business you will support multiple brand strategies for all our teams. The Digital Marketing Coordinator delivers social media and digital campaigns across our multiple business brands. Your role is primarily responsible for the following;

• Edit and publish content for our social media channels.

• Deliver our digital strategy, optimising business intelligence and creating a customer experience relevant to our customer group.
• Ensure the management and promotion of our brand guidelines are consistently applied throughout the organisation.
• Develop and maintain systems for media monitoring, analysis and appropriate response strategies.
• Design internal and external communications as per communication plan.
• Manage the organisations websites including writing and managing content, SEO/ SEM.
• Source and coordinate contractors to deliver design and other support.
• Full time, or part time with option to work from home.

About you, you will need the following;

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Superior writing and communication skills across various mediums to various audiences
• Demonstrated ability to initiate and implement plans and projects independently
• Experience delivering Social Media marketing campaigns through Facebook and Instagram
• WordPress and/or Webflow editing experience
• Understanding of Google AdWords marketing campaign processes
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Facebook Insights
• SEO campaign experience
• Experience with Canva or similar online graphic design programs
• Well-developed relationship management skills including experience with, or knowledge of the requirements working with diverse stakeholder groups
• Well-developed time and workload management skills
• Demonstrated teamwork skills and ability to take initiative, demonstrate flexibility, and provide support to other team members
• Demonstrated understanding of occupational health and safety, and continuous improvement principles
