Job Description:
Burlington Stores is seeking a Remote Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. As a full-time position at the Associate Level, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing. We are looking for a motivated and resourceful individual who possesses strong critical thinking and presentation skills.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and sales - Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms - Analyze data and metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions - Work closely with the marketing team to create engaging and effective content for digital channels - Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives - Stay up-to-date on best practices and emerging trends in digital marketing
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 2+ years of experience in digital marketing - Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and social media advertising - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive strategy - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
