Remote Marketing Associate

Job Description:

McDonald’s is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Marketing Associate to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As a member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand and drive business growth. This is a full-time position at the Associate level, requiring at least 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote McDonald’s products and services - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing initiatives - Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed - Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in marketing efforts

Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field - Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Resourceful and able to work independently with minimal supervision - Experience in people management and fostering a culture of innovation
