Job Description - Marketing Coordinator

This is a 3 month contract with the possibility of extension.

YOUR ROLE AT LUNA

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who is responsible for supporting the Marketing & Growth team to bring to life the marketing strategy, increase LUNA brand awareness and engagement, and support the LUNA practitioner team to develop their personal brands in support of the overall LUNA brand and presence in the ecosystem. The Marketing Coordinator will support in the delivery of all marketing strategies, events, systems and processes. This role also involves drafting marketing and communications plans and outputs to deepen LUNA’s impact and expertise in the ecosystem. This is initially for a 3 month contract with the possibility of extension. Here’s a closer look at this exciting role:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support LUNA’s brand and marketing strategy:

  • Support the development of the communications and socials strategy.
  • Support the development of and update the company website.
  • Draft and refine copy across various types of media and LUNA assets, such as the website and newsletter.
  • Help create marketing collateral and brand assets, using programs like Canva and Google Slides.
  • Support the team to identify key startup trends, insights and forecasts to develop event concepts.

Manage events and community engagement:

  • Manage end-to-end event coordination including logistics, budgeting, venue and materials sourcing, F&B requirements, and vendor management.
  • Leverage new tech tools to enhance the event attendee experience both on and offline.
  • Conduct outreach to attendees to gather any information required, including pulse surveys and post-event surveys.
  • Manage online communities (Slack, Meetup and social channels) to strengthen brand depth and reach.
  • Continue to manage existing partnerships, to ensure a consistency in LUNA's ‘Community’ events presence.
  • Work alongside operations team to improve events processes and data tracking to inform future events.

Reporting:

  • Support the reporting on the marketing and growth efforts and share these with the team as necessary, to support continuous improvement.
  • Complete Social Media Analytics spreadsheet, using insights to drive future actions across platforms.
  • Complete all reports and CSAT requirements and relay detailed insights to Marketing & Growth team.

Personal brand in the ecosystem:

  • Be an ambassador for LUNA and self, increasing your presence in the ecosystem alongside the LUNA team and broader community.
